Little Trip to Cali

Well it all started out at Lego Land which the 2 youngest were so excited.  The last time we were here was when Kenzie was about 4 and this was probably our last.  The park was pretty much exactly the same but a little run down.  Since you pay almost as much to get in as Disneyland you would think that it would be a little better.  From the parents view a little disappointing, Mariah thought it was cool, Mason just wanted to buy Star Wars Lego's but had fun, and Kenzie well she was a good sport since everything was geared towards younger kids.  I do have to say that it's pretty amazing all the things that they put together with Lego's.
I just had to get a pictures of him in front with his Lego shirt. When I pulled out the shirt to show him the night before he was so excited about it.  He has been wanted a Lego shirt since he saw a little boy with one on at a store.

Lets race!
Which one is made of Lego's and which one is a Lego man?

Beach Visit
If your in California you just have to stop by the beach.  It was freezing but it was worth it.

I love beach pics and I was testing out a few settings on my camera.

Knotts Berry Farms
When planning this trip we pretty much knew we were going to have a rainy day on Saturday but didn't expect it to be like an Ohio rainy day.  So we gave it a shot and rode all the rides we could until we were really soaked from head to toe.

So around 5pm we noticed that it was starting to clear up so we decide to head back to the park with our dry clothes and shoes to give it another try.  This time we met up with 2 of kenzie's dance friends and their family and the kids were about to just walk onto every ride. The kids had a blast riding everything and can't wait to go back next time.  We bought seasons passes this year so we will probably be taking a few more trips to be able to enjoy the park a little more.

This is for all you Storage Wars watchers.
Since we were on their end of town we decided to see if we could find Brandi and Jarred's second hand store. Sure enough we found it, you couldn't miss it with their crazy paintings of themselves on the glass of their store.  The store was okay, things were a little over priced with being all second hand but it was fun to see.  Of course we were hoping to maybe see them but they were no where to be seen.  So next trip to California we will try to locate Dave's store.
