Can you guess what we saw this weekend? Yes, the same movie every other little girl saw this weekend. I picked Mackenzie up from school early on Friday so we could get a good seat for the 4:30 showing. We got to the theater at 3 and I was sure there would be a line but no one was there. So needless to say we were the first in line. I have taken them to the Hannah Montana
Concert and the movie concert in 3-D and there has always been a line, but they didn't come that early for this showing. People did start piling in at 3:30 and we did get great seats so I guess waiting a little bit is not so bad. The girls were very excited about the movie, Mackenzie really liked it but Mariah got a little bored during it. This HSM had a more teenager approach, I guess that's what happens when you move to the big screen. The sad thing is, is that most of the followers are elementary age kids so I think it was a little old for them. This one also didn't have a lot of dialogue, the songs were longer I guess to tell the story. Over all okay movie, the kids are already bugging me when it will be on DVD. All I can say is it better be out before Thanksgiving.

I was wondering if you were going to take your girls for the HSM extravaganza. Looks like fun. You are such a great, fun mom.
That looks like fun. None of mine are into HSM. We are coutning down days until Madagascar 2, though!
Too funny. I know here in Az even the highschoolers were into it, at least at church and those were the popular kids. I would not have thought kids that old would like it. Did I ever tell you that my sister Abby (now 15 CRAZY) is best friends with Vanessa's little sister. She has even gone to a resort for the weekend, and shopping at the mall with Vanessa and her family. Also my brother Nate gradualted with Oh whats her name with the nose Sharpey (sp??) in the movie. He said she was a stuck up snot before she even became famous. she is like 23 now. Anyway sorry for rambling.
