Our Christmas Break

Better Late then never I always say so I'm here now to share a little bit of what we did over break. Well it starts with these two sillies doing some amazing cookies decorating. In our house it has been a traditions to have Paul and the girls make the sugar cookies and then the girls decorate them. They are getting much better with the sprinkles cause there is not such a big crunch when you bit into them anymore. We even used my friend Jenn's frosting recipe this time for the icing and it turned out pretty good I think. This is one of my favorite things to do during the holidays.

Let the Christmas craziness begin!
Mason was so much fun this year. I really didn't think he was getting the whole Christmas thing so by a few days before Christmas I started asking him a few questions. Like "Do you know what Christmas is?" and "Can you show mommy baby Jesus?(Thanks a lot Chris & Jen cause you know what pops into my head when I say baby Jesus is sweet baby Jesus and you know where that came from.) By Christmas Eve I think he actually got it and was excited about getting presents. So by the time Christmas morning came around he just couldn't stand it. What a great year for him!
When he saw his bike he kept saying, "That's my bike, my bike!"

Mariah is so much fun, she likes just about anything you get here. She really didn't have anything big on her list this year. She really wanted a Jesse doll which my mom got her and she also really enjoys her Moxie dolls.

Well Kenzie has had 10 Christmas's under her belt and is still not bored with it. She is a great kid and has never really asked for anything out of control, I think the biggest has been an i-pod but that's not much these days. This year it was all about the blizzard maker and fake nails

Poor Goldie covered in lots of paper waiting patiently for her present.

The fun of Christmas Day
Even Paul joined in on the fun!
December 26th Our Mariah lost one of her front teeth. To bad we couldn't say all she wants for Christmas is her one front tooth!

Week 2 of Christmas Break - We went to Flagstaff to play in the snow!
Some of the cousins also came up with us which made this trip alots of fun.

So after our day of tubing down the hill we came back to our hotel and this is what I found when I walked into the bathroom. Got a love this little guy!
Day 2 we went skiing and Paul taught kenzie how to ski. She did amazing and only fell once. The weather was crazy since we were in the middle of a snow storm but they had fun anyways they were just a little cold.

The beautiful snow covered mountains in Flagstaff
