I really got into reading a few years ago and really have found a couple of authors that I really like. One is Stephenie Meyer, which is now a name you hear all over the place. Well back in 2006 a friend of mine from the book group I go to asked if I wanted to read a a really clean hot and steamy novel. I said sure and when she pulled it out, I was like no way I can't read a book that thick. She just said try it, its an easy read and I know you will love it. That book was Twilight and I read it in 2 1/2 days. I have been hooked ever since. So when New Moon came out Stephenie Meyer was coming to Cincinnati for a book signing, well I went with some friends and were able to meet her and get our books signed. She came last year for the Eclipse book but that was Masons due date and the doctor didn't recommend going to Cincinnati, so I missed out. I hope she comes back here for Breaking Dawn because it would be really cool to have the whole series signed. Her new book The Host came out yesterday and we raced down to Barnes and Noble to get our copy. I've read the first couple chapters and find it hard to get into, maybe I'm just a little distracted. I really can't want until August to read the final book in the series, I'm anxious to see how she will end it. Hopefully I will like it!

Stephenie is from here, I dont know if you know that. Anyway, I went to her book signing last year too. It was pretty fun. Once I got there I did feel pretty old, since most of the girls there were high schoolers, but I had a lot of fun anyway. A big group of us went. I love the big hair too. Super Cute.
I've heard so much about this series, but haven't started reading it. A girl in my ward went to school with Stephanie in AZ or something. Anyway, I have to mention that I love the quote on your sidebar! Very true! Thanks! =) Oh, and I love the big hair, too. It brought back way too many memories! =)
Cool. I read the twilight searies when Payten was first born. SOOO GOOD! Bethany and Erica (LInus' sisters) just went this past Tuesday to her book signing. I did not go cause I borrowed them so I have nothing for her to sign. Is the host the alien one? Bethany I think read it and said it was good??!
